Scar formation is the normal way for the body to repair itself. Scars can never be removed completely. However, if treated correctly one can achieve more rapid scar maturation and an optimal cosmetic appearance. When a scar is left untreated, or given the wrong treatment, it may become thickened, red and inflamed.

If scars (or stretch marks) are new or old, but are still pink, red, purple, raised, painful, itchy, then one may benefit from RégimA Scar Repair.

NOTE: Fragranced creams or tissue oils MUST NOT be applied to new scars and no other product should be combined with Scar Repair.

Directions for use:

NEW SCARS: Following suture removal massage Scar Repair 2 to 4 times daily into a new scar. Continue daily application until scar becomes pale and flattens.

OLD SCARS: May be applied twice daily to lumpy, red, itchy or painful older scars. Massage Scar Repair into the affected areas.

STRETCH MARKS: Massage twice daily into areas prone to stretching ie. breasts, abdomen, buttocks, thighs to help prevent stretch mark development. If one has new stretch marks which are pink, or purple massage twice daily into affected areas.

Safe to use on all skins, including infants and during pregnancy. All scars may benefit from the continued application of RégimA Scar Repair.

It is particularly beneficial for people with poor circulation, diabetes, compromised immune system, smokers with delayed healing, stubborn wounds/scars which remain inflamed, irritated, ulcerated etc. This product would be prescribed by a doctor or skin care professional working in conjunction with medical practitioners. Tissue Resurrector would be used until the wound closes and must then be followed by RégimA Scar Repair to promote balanced scar formation and an optimal end result.

Directions for use:

Always follow the instructions and advice of the doctor or skincare professional in the case of using antibacterial or other preparations.

One may apply product alone to affected area and surrounding inflamed tissue, or over the top of microporous tape. With a new wound one may apply the product over the top of sutures or ulcerated tissue and surrounding area to help accelerate the healing process and more rapidly reduce inflammation. Reapply at least 4 times daily to a stubborn wound, and more often if desired.

The RégimA Centella Scar Treatment Programme has been formulated to aid rapid scar maturation and achieve a more aesthetically pleasing scar. The triterpenes extracted from the Centella Asiatica plant are renowned for their powerful anti-inflammatory and wound healing activities and impart a significant effect on scar maturation rate. If left untreated one may develop thickened, red, inflamed, itchy, keloid or unsightly scars. RégimA gives a choice!

Applied pressure achieved by the use of the tape helps reduce the tendency of a scar to stretch and thicken. Centella is applied over the top of the tape, impregnating the tape and working like a 'slow release medicine' onto the scar. The combination of RégimA Centella and the microporous tape ensures a more rapid and favourable healing process.

Centella is the first line of treatment for a scar requiring sutures eg. Incisional scars following surgery or trauma scars following an accident. To be commenced following removal of sutures. Centella should be used for approximately 6 to 8 weeks and then be followed by RégimA Scar Repair Complex to be continued until full maturation occurs. This manifests as a flat, pale scar.

Directions for use:

Tape to be applied directly to scar (DO NOT tape Over eye area)

Centella cream to be applied over the top of the tape 2 to 3 times daily. Follow full instructions enclosed in box for taping and application.
