Using the applicator tip, apply to the base of the upper eyelashes from inner corner of the eye to outer corner. With a clean fingertip distribute evenly along the roots of the lashes and lashes themselves. Repeat for bottom lashes. Wait until product has fully dried before applying Revital-EYZ, avoiding the lash area. May also be applied to clean, dry eyebrows nightly.
